Our world-famous guarantee states: 'It works or we fix it free.' This covers the mechanical condition of any genuine Zippo windproof lighter, though it does not cover the outer finish or graphics.
Can I return a customized item?
Personalized and engraved products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the engraving process.
Are your lighters shipped with fuel included?
For safety and shipping regulations, all Zippo lighters are shipped empty without lighter fluid. You can purchase genuine Zippo fuel separately on our site.
